Holiday Zuccotto

This dessert was inspired by the Cupola of Italy’s Dome Cathedral in Florence. It is filled with a chocolate mousse, which is spiked with rum, before being topped with a slice of chocolate cake. It is then inverted and glazed in dark chocolate ganache and drizzled with white chocolate. The bottom edge is outlined with a caramelized rice crunch.
