First, we bake a pistachio bilini sponge that is used as the base of this dessert. Then, we deposit a cherry filling on the base and layer with a rich white chocolate mousse filling. We finish the dessert with a pistachio-white chocolate glaze and decorate the bombe with a speckled white chocolate triangle and a red chocolate pearl.
